Accreditation rules for the media and blogosphere
1. General provisions
1.1. Accreditation of representatives of the media (hereinafter referred to as the “Media”) and the blogosphere to the Eurasian Economic Forum (hereinafter referred to as “Forum”)hereinafter referred to as the “Forum”) is carried out in order to ensure the necessary conditions for professional activities in the preparation and dissemination of complete and reliable information about the events of the Forum.
1.2. Accreditation of representatives of the media and blogosphere is mandatory for work at all events of the Forum.
1.3. The editors of the media and the blogosphere are responsible for the reliability of providing data on employees of the organization in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.4. In carrying out their professional activities, representatives of the media and the blogosphere are obliged to respect the rights and legitimate interests of the participants and staff of the Forum and to observe generally recognized ethical standards.
1.5. Given the limited infrastructural capacity of the event venue, the number of media and blogosphere representatives who can participate in the Forum is limited due to the organizers' desire to ensure that media and blogosphere representatives have the best possible working conditions and quick access to all necessary resources.
2. Accreditation of media and blogosphere representatives
2.1. Procedure for submitting and reviewing an application for accreditation

Representatives of the media and blogosphere wishing to take part in covering the Forum events shall submit an application for accreditation (hereinafter referred to as the "application") through the official website of the Forum (https://forum.eaeunion.org/). All fields in the application must be filled in, with special attention paid to the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk.
The deadline for submitting applications through the official website is from August 24 to September 25, 2024. Accreditation of representatives of the media and the blogosphere is valid for all days of the forum.
2.2. The procedure for issuing accreditation badges to representatives of the media and the blogosphere
The badge is nominal, transferring it during the forum to third parties is prohibited. Badge must be worn in a conspicuous place during the entire time spent on the forum site. Any other accreditation cards are invalid for access to the Forum site.
If the accreditation badge is wasted, lost, stolen, a media representative or blogosphere must immediately report this to any information stand. The lost Bedge will be blocked. On the basis of a written application, a duplicate will be issued.
2.3. Rules for accessing forum events
Accreditation of representatives of the media and blogosphere is mandatory for work at all events of the Forum.
3. Refusal of accreditation
The Forum Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse accreditation without explanation.
4. Rights and obligations of media representatives accredited to the Forum
4.1. The representative of the media and blogosphere accredited to the forum has the right to:

- use all services specifically designed for the work of media and blogosphere representatives; receive information about official events and exhibitions of the Forum (press releases, business program, etc.); work in the press center of the Forum during official events, using the infrastructure of the press center of the Forum;
- participate in press conferences, briefings and other press events.
4.2. The representative of the media and blogosphere accredited to the forum is obliged to:
- check the accuracy of the information they provide;
- satisfy the requests of the people who provided the information to indicate its source; when receiving information from citizens and officials, notify them of audio and video recording, film and photography;
- not to use their professional capabilities to conceal information or falsify socially significant information, collect information in favor of an outsider or non-media organization;
- suspend (stop) photo-/video filming at the request of the forum security representatives;
- do not carry out photo-/video filming at the forum site inspection points;
- do not distribute printed materials on the territory of the Forum without the consent of the Forum Organizing Committee;
