Media Accreditation Policy
1. General
1.1. The accreditation of mass media representatives (Media) at the Eurasian Economic Forum (the Forum) is designed to provide the necessary conditions for the professional activities in preparation and dissemination of complete and true information about the Forum events.
1.2. Media accreditation is compulsory for participation in all Forum events.
1.3. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, media editorial offices are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided about their staff members.
1.4. Media representatives are required to respect the rights and legal interests of Forum participants and personnel, and to adhere to generally recognized ethical standards in their professional activities.
1.5. Due to the limited infrastructure capacity of the venue, the number of media representatives allowed to attend the Forum is limited. This is done to ensure that all accredited media representatives can work under comfortable conditions and have swift access to all necessary resources.
2. Media Accreditation
2.1. Submission and Review of Accreditation Applications
Media representatives wishing to cover the Forum must submit their accreditation applications via:

- Complete all required fields in the application form, i.e. those marked with an asterisk (*).
- Foreign media applicants must specify "Eurasian Economic Forum 2025" in the Additional Information field.

Application Period:
May 26 – June 18, 2025
Validity:
Accreditation grants access for the entire duration of the Forum.
2.2. Accreditation Card Collection
- Accreditation is subject to approval by the Forum Organizing Committee.
- Approved media representatives may collect their accreditation cards at the designated Accreditation Center in Minsk. Location and operating hours are published on the Forum’s official website.
Card Usage Rules:
- Accreditation cards are strictly personal and non-transferable.
- Cards must be visibly worn at all times within the Forum venue.
- No other accreditation passes will grant access to Forum events.
Lost or Damaged Cards:
- Report lost, stolen, or damaged cards immediately to an information desk.
- Lost cards will be deactivated.
- Replacement requires a written request.
2.3. Access to Forum Events
Media accreditation is mandatory for attendance and coverage of all Forum events.
3. Accreditation rejection
The Forum Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject accreditation without further explanation.
4. Rights and Obligations of Accredited Media Representatives
4.1. Rights of Accredited Media Representatives
Accredited media representatives at the Forum are entitled to:
- Access all services designated for media professionals.
- Receive official information regarding Forum events and exhibitions, including press releases and the business program.
- Utilize the press center facilities for work within the framework of the official Forum events.
- Participate in press conferences, briefings, and other media events held during the Forum.
4.2. Obligations of Accredited Media Representatives
Accredited media representatives must adhere to the following requirements:
- Verify the accuracy of obtained information before dissemination.
- Comply with requests from information providers to disclose sources when required.
- Notify individuals and officials in advance when conducting audio/video recordings, filming, or photography.
- Refrain from misusing professional privileges, including:
- Concealing or distorting socially significant information.
- Collecting information on behalf of third parties or non-media entities.
- Immediately cease recording or photography if instructed by Forum security personnel.
- Avoid recording or photography at security checkpoints within the Forum venue.
- Obtain prior approval from the Forum Organizing Committee before distributing any printed materials on-site.
