Badge Issuance
Individuals who have received a confirmation letter regarding their participation in the Eurasian Economic Forum are required to obtain an accreditation badge in order to access Forum events and business networking areas at the Forum venue. The accreditation badge is the only valid accreditation document for Forum participants.
The accreditation badge is personalized; transferring it to third parties is prohibited.
Participants are required to carry both their badge and an identity document at all times while attending Forum events.
In the event of a lost or damaged badge, participants must report the issue to any EEF Accreditation Desk.

Participants must present the identification document used during the registration process and are kindly requested to complete accreditation procedures in advance.
Badges may also be collected by an authorized representative.
For this purpose, the following documents must be presented at the Accreditation Desk:
- a valid passport;
- an original Power of Attorney in the required format (issued on the organization's official letterhead, signed, and bearing the organization's seal; template attached);
- a list of participants attached to the Power of Attorney.
