Arrival at the Venue
The Eurasian Economic Forum will take place from May 28 to 29 in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan, across two venues:
• Congress Centre (12 Heydar Aliyev Street, Astana);
• Hilton Astana Hotel (14 Heydar Aliyev Street, Astana).
The Congress Centre is a modern congress and exhibition venue with a total area of 43 200 square metres, designed in accordance with international standards for large-scale business events.
Its spacious halls, flexible layout, and advanced technological infrastructure provide a modern and comfortable setting for plenary sessions, panel discussions, and exhibition activities.
The venue is conveniently located and easily accessible from both the airport and the city centre. It is fully equipped to host participants, speakers, and guests from around the world.
The EEF venue is located approximately 15–17 minutes away from both Astana city centre and the airport.
Access to the venues is available via Akmeshit Street.
Parking is available at the Mega Silk Way shopping centre parking facilities (entrance from Akmeshit Street).
