Registration for the Eurasian Economic Forum (EEF)
Key Registration Details:
Participation in the EEF is free of charge.
Applications for participation in the EEF must be submitted in advance until 18:00 on May 20, 2026 (Astana time).
Registered participants are entitled to attend all events of the EEF business programme, except for the plenary session and selected events marked “by invitation only.”
Access to the EEF Plenary Session, as well as to selected EEF events marked “by invitation only,” is granted by special invitation only.
The registration process consists of four steps:
1. Entering personal information;
2. Providing information about your organization;
3. Entering contact details;
4. Selecting events.
Upon successful submission of the application, the following message will appear on the screen:
“Your application has been received. Please await confirmation of your participation.”
Information regarding the review of your application will be sent to the email address provided in the form.
Following the review, the outcome of the application will be sent to the email address provided in the form.
The application review period may vary for each participant.
To issue your badge, the information provided in the registration form must exactly match the details in the identification document.

Badges will be issued at the Astana International Airport (International Terminal) and the Hilton Astana Hotel from May 25 to May 27, 2026.
