At the Eurasian Economic Forum in Astana, a thematic session will be held to focus on current practices in the implementation of product labelling using identification tools across the Eurasian Economic Union.
The session “Digital Product Labelling in the EAEU: Safety, Transparency, and Control” will bring together Andrey Slepnev, Minister in charge of Trade of the Eurasian Economic Commission, leading experts, and representatives of government authorities and businesses with practical experience in the trade sector.
Participants will discuss key directions for the further development of the digital labelling system in the Union’s member states, aimed at strengthening efforts to combat the circulation of counterfeit products and cases of labelling illegally imported or manufactured goods.
