Volunteers play an important role in ensuring the high standard of organization of the Eurasian Economic Forum in Astana and in creating a comfortable environment for participants. A total of more than 150 volunteers selected through a competitive process will assist in the organization and operation of the Forum.
The key responsibilities of volunteers at EEF 2026 will include:
– organizational support, including assisting participants with navigation and accreditation, staffing information desks, and supporting plenary sessions and thematic discussions;
– delegation support, including welcoming and seeing off participants and business delegations, as well as assisting with transport logistics;
– language support, including facilitating communication between international participants and organizers;
– support for the international press centre and thematic sessions.
