On June 26, the 4th Eurasian Economic Forum will host a meeting of the EEC competition and antitrust regulation unit (2:45–4:15 PM, Hall 2, Level 1). The session will be moderated by EEC Competition and Antitrust Regulation Minister Maksim Ermolovich.
This is a unique platform for a direct, constructive dialogue between business leaders and the EEC.
Participants will discuss the following topics:
- Types of antitrust violations, including abuse of dominant position, anti-competitive agreements, and unfair competition;
- Process for filing an antitrust complaint in EAEU cross-border markets;
- Powers of EEC and member state antitrust authorities in cross-border markets;
- Antitrust cases reviewed by the EEC;
- Reciprocal participation in state and municipal procurement across EAEU member states.
Participants of the Public Reception Office will have the opportunity to ask pressing questions regarding antitrust policy and regulation in cross-border markets, receive information on participating in public procurement within the EAEU, and obtain personalized advice and actionable guidance.
