Participation in the EEF
Frequently asked questions about the registration process:
Participation in the EEF is free of charge
You can submit an application for participation in the EEF until 12.00 on June 20, 2025 (Moscow time)
If you have registered at the EEF, you have the right to participate in all events of the business program (except for the EEF plenary session and the individual events marked with “admission by invitation” in the program), as well as access business networking areas at the EEF venue.
The right to attend the EEF plenary session and individual EEF events marked with “admission by invitation” in the program, is granted only to those who have a special invitation.
The registration process consists of four steps:
1) fill in your personal information;
2) fill in your organization details;
3) fill in your contact details;
4) select a section.
After the registration is completed, a following message will appear on the screen: "Your application has been accepted. You will receive a confirmation of your participation in the short term".
Following the results of the application review, information about the results of the application review will be sent to the email address stated in the form.
The application review time is individual for each participant.
In order to receive a name tag you need to ensure that the data you state in the registration form fully matches your passport data.
