How to get a name tag
If you have received the confirmation of your participation in the EEF, you need to get an accreditation badge (or a name tag) – the only valid EEF participant accreditation document. You need a badge in order to have access to EEF events, as well as to the business communication areas at the EEF venue.
The accreditation badge has your name on it, thus it is prohibited to give it to third parties.
You are required to carry your badge and ID at all times during the Forum events.
In case you lose or damage the badge you need to contact any EEF accreditation desk.
You can pick up your name tag at BelEXPO International Exhibition Center at the following times: |

Remember to bring the ID that you used when registering. We kindly ask you to get accredited in advance, if possible.
One can receive a badge using a power of attorney.
In order to do this, the person who will receive the badge needs to present their passport, the original of the power of attorney in the established standard form (strictly on the organization's letterhead with the organization's seal, see the template attached), the list of participants attached to the power of attorney.
